About the Board
City View takes great pride in its dedicated and engaged community, with the Board of Directors comprising seven passionate and committed volunteer homeowners. These individuals selflessly devote their time and energy to ensure the smooth operation and well-being of our neighborhood. To maintain transparency and promote resident involvement, annual elections are held every August. During these elections, community members have the opportunity to actively participate in selecting the board members who will serve for the upcoming year. This democratic process allows for a collective voice and representation within the association. Each board member serves a one-year term, demonstrating their unwavering commitment to the community. Their dedication and sense of responsibility contribute significantly to the overall quality of life in City View.

Matt Haines, President
Matt is the Pastor of Central Park Baptist Church and has lived in City View since 2018. Matt and his wife, Allison, and their sons live at 2005 Brayden Dr.
Tony Looney, Treasurer
Tony is a Material Planner at United Launch Alliance and has lived in City View since 2009. He lives on Englewood with his wife Jennifer.
Tim Hanlon, Secretary
Tim works as a software engineer on Redstone Arsenal. Tim lives on Englewood with his wife, Robin and their daughters.
Steve Pearson, Vice President
Steve has been married to his wife Connie for 53 years. They live on Englewood Drive. They are parents to three children, 16 grandchildren and one great-grandson. Connie is a retired school teacher and author of three books, numerous travel articles and a blog Steve is a semi-retired veterinarian who still enjoys practicing one day each week. He also enjoys yard work, fishing and teaching a Sunday school class
Freda Harwell, Member
Freda is retired from 3M and currently works part-time as the Financial Administrator for her church. Freda lives on Brayden Dr. with her husband Bill
Elaina Walker, Member
Elaina is a Revenue Cycle Manager for Genesis Healthcare. She lives with her family on Brayden Dr. since 2022
Charlotte Goode, Member
Charlotte has worked in human resources for 25 years, helping people. She has been been married to her husband Michael for 37 years. They live on Englewood Drive. Charlotte and Micheal are parents to three children and seven lively grandchildren. When not working, Charlotte loves hitting the open road on her Harley Davidson motorcycle and camping out at RV resorts with her golden doodle Duchola. Her life is a blend of career dedication, family joy and adventurous pursuits.
